Clinic this morning at Oxer Farm

Great lessons this morning with Fred S. at Oxer Farm. He was really good about explaining what he wanted and helping us achieve what he asked for. He was really good with each individual horse/rider pair, seeing what the issues were and communicating effectively to each pair. No one size fits all type of teaching. Especially important for me, as I rode a 14.2hh Morab pony and then a nearly 16hh TB with totally different personalities and ways of going.

Oh my word, but did I have fun!! Fred is the greatest. He is so dedicated to teaching. He wants you to understand why you do what you do and then be effective in achieving it. Can't wait to get him back again!!!
